FAQ

Do you make signs in custom sizes?

We make custom signs in any size needed. There are some standard sizes for basic signs, but the majority of the signs we produce are designed to fit the needs of the customer.

How long will my signs last?

We use a wide variety of materials in the production of our signs. We offer materials and substrates that can be used for short-term applications, as well as long-term materials. For more information about the options available concerning sign life, please contact us.

What is the difference between Gallery Wrap and Museum Wrap canvas frames?

Gallery Wrap is a method of stretching a canvas so that the image on the canvas wraps around the edge of the frame. The canvas is secured to the stretcher frame by staples applied on the back side of the canvas (different than the side stapled method often used to stretch canvas that is intended for traditional framing). Wrapping the Photo around the edge of the canvas allows you to display it without a frame.

Museum Wrap is a method thats stretches the canvas so that the image remains on the front surface of the canvas and a solid color wraps around the edge of the frame. The canvas is secured on the stretcher frame by staples applied on the back side of the canvas.

How long does it take for my graphics to be ready and installed?

About 2 business days after receipt of deposit and final approval for boats and small jobs, and 3 to 4 business days for bigger orders.

I have my own design, can you use it?

Yes. We can do any custom artwork. However, if the file has a low resolution and we are unable to work with it, we will have to redo it, exactly as it is, for an additional charge.

How do I get my artwork to you?

You can upload through our website using the "send files" button on resources page, or come by and hand us a pen drive or cd with a .pdf, adobe illustrator or photoshop file formats to ensure nothing will be lost or changed. If you cannot personally deliver it, you can also send it by e-mail along with a .jpeg version of the file for comparison to ensure all fonts and colors haven't been modified.

Will the color of the vinyl fade?

We work with vinyls that have a 7 to 9 year guarantee with no peeling, cracking, or fading. Vinyl only, not digital media. Se printed digital media lifespan below.
